Payment and security

We offer several payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best. When placing your order, after completing your personal details, you will need to choose one of these four options:

Credit or debit card:

If you select this option when confirming your order, you will be taken to a 100% secure Banco Sabadell payment gateway, where you enter your card details. They are encrypted so that nobody (not even us) can access them. Our online stores use Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode so your purchase is completely reliable and anonymous.

PayPal:

If you have a PayPal account, you already know it is a fast and secure method. Selecting this option takes you to the PayPal page to make the payment. If you are not registered, you can create an account there linking your card or bank account to PayPal. From then on you only need to enter your email and password, without giving your card details each time.

Klarna:

Lets you pay flexibly according to the conditions Klarna offers in your country at the time of purchase.

Bank transfer:

This is slower than the others (payment can take up to two days to clear) but equally valid. When you choose it and confirm the order, you will receive an email with two account numbers so you can pay into whichever you prefer (La Caixa or Banco Sabadell). Remember to quote your order number or email so we can identify the payment.
