Once you place your order we check whether the cover is in stock. If it is, we prepare it so that you receive it within 24 to 48 hours. If it is not in stock, we make it in our workshop and send it to you within about ten working days.

On the day we dispatch your order we notify you by email (and by SMS if you leave us your mobile number).

Can I make an exchange or a return? How long do I have?

At www.fundasdesofa.com we work so that you are completely satisfied with your cover. However, if you want to make an exchange, a return or you have a complaint about the product received, you have fourteen calendar days from receiving the order to request it in writing. Send us an email at contacto@fundasdesofa.com with your order number and we will reply with the procedure to follow. If it is an exchange, tell us which item you want to exchange it for (if you are not sure which cover is the most suitable, ask us for advice).

What do I do with the cover to be exchanged or returned?

In both cases we need to receive the product in good condition. Leave the product in its original state (inside the bag, neatly folded and with the cardboard and film it came with), pack the parcel with sturdy plastic or paper for transport (if there is more than one product, make them into a single parcel) and stick a label on the outside with your details (sender) and ours (recipient), which we will send you in the reply to your email.

For exchanges and returns of incomplete, damaged or used products, the product received will be assessed and may be subject to a depreciation of its original value. That depreciation would be reflected in the amount refunded.

If the product arrives in a condition that prevents it from being resold, the costs incurred in its presentation would become a depreciation of the product. It does not have to be folded exactly as it was, but it must be in good, presentable condition.

Do I have to pay anything?

For both exchanges and returns, you must cover the shipping costs.

When and how will I get my money back?

For returns, once we have received and checked the parcel, we refund the amount within a maximum of ten days. If you paid by card or PayPal, it will be refunded to the same account that was charged. If you paid by bank transfer, you will need to give us an account number for the payment. In the case of exchanges, if it were not possible to replace a product (out of stock, etc.) we would refund its value.

What if I receive an item in poor condition?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a flaw or defect, we would exchange it for a product with the same characteristics in perfect condition. Our carrier would deliver the new product and collect the faulty one at no cost to you. Please note that all our covers have been inspected; if when fitting your cover you find it is too small, it is very important not to force it, since exchanges or returns of covers torn through being forced will not be accepted.

Remember!

You can exchange or return your cover provided these conditions are met:

• It is within the time limit (14 days from receiving your order).
• The cover and its packaging are in good condition (neither used nor incomplete).
• It is not a made-to-measure cover or fabric by the metre (in that case it cannot be exchanged or returned).
